Makes 1 Serving for Glenn (Or 8 big brownies for normal people.)

  • 1⁄2 cup melted butter (real)
  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 fresh eggs (large)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1⁄2 cup flour (all purpose or baking)
  • 1⁄4 tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8 inch square pan with foil.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add melted butter and cocoa; stir until dissolved.
  4. Incorporate the sugar and thoroughly mix.
  5. Crack the eggs in a separate dish to be sure the eggs are good, then stir them in slowly until mixed well.
  6. Stir in the vanilla, flour, and salt. Stop mixing when you can’t see any flour. Don’t over-mix.
  7. Add 2 cups of semi-sweet morsels (chocolate chips). Fold in loosely.
  8. Add mixture to pan and bake 25 minutes. Set aside to cool.
